March 2019- Hawaii Island Market Statistics

    Compared to last month, prices for single family homes have gone up and are averaging $383,880 on the island.  Condominiums have gone down and are staying on the market an average of 88 days with a price around $375,000.  Listing inventory for single family homes and condominiums have both gone up just a touch  and sold listings have gone down from 20108.  This should help all those buyers out there looking for their perfect island property.
